Our mission

The world’s organizations already own a vast amount of compute — sitting idle in office desktops, lab machines, and on-prem servers. Public-cloud bills keep climbing while that capacity goes unused. Zyra turns the hardware you already paid for into a secure, private compute cloud, and pays device owners for the cycles they contribute back.

The team

• Tal Wayn — Project Initiator. Drives product vision and customer development.
• Hadar Wayn — Builder. Designs and ships the platform end-to-end (backend, web, agents, infrastructure).

We are an early-stage two-person team based in Helsinki, Finland. Production runs on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Helsinki) by design.

Where we are today

Zyra is in active deployment with early-access organizations. We are GDPR-compliant, have a SOC 2 Type II audit in progress (target Q4 2026), and operate ISO 27001-aligned controls. Our compliance roadmap is documented in /security (coming soon).
